The exact scope will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or onboarding document between WeServant and the Client.
Service Onboarding & Requirements
To begin service, Clients must provide:

Clear instructions and documentation

Access to necessary tools (e.g., ticketing systems)

Customer communication guidelines
-
Brand/voice guidelines when applicable
Failure to provide required materials may delay service delivery.
Fees, Payments & Billing
Pricing
Pricing is outlined on our Site or in individual proposals. Fees may include:

Monthly or weekly service fees

Setup fees (if applicable)

Additional charges for extended coverage or specialized work
Payment Terms

Invoices are typically issued weekly or monthly.

Avoid requesting illegal or unethical tasks
WeServant may refuse or discontinue services that violate laws or ethical standards.

Operational documentation
We will not disclose information to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
Client Data
All customer data processed by WeServant is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Data Processing
WeServant acts as a data processor, processing customer information solely upon Client instruction.
A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be executed upon request.
Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, and documents are owned by WeServant.

Clients retain ownership of their brand materials and customer data.

Service reports, chat logs, and generated work remain confidential and accessible to the Client.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
Service Level, Availability & Limitations
Performance Standard

We strive to provide high-quality services and meet agreed SLAs. However, we cannot guarantee:

Error-free support

100% uptime
-
Performance disruptions caused by technologies outside our control
Temporary Suspension

We may suspend services for:

Late or missing payments
-
Security concerns
-
Maintenance or upgrades
-
Misuse of the service

We will notify Clients whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeServant is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, revenue, or business

Loss of data caused by third-party platforms or tools
-
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the previous 30 days.
Termination

Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice according to the agreement.

Upon termination:

All ongoing tasks will stop

Access credentials must be revoked by the Client

Any outstanding payments must be settled
-
Client data will be returned or deleted as instructed
Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in Thai courts unless otherwise agreed.
